Do you put cameras in people’s rooms?
No. Our sensors detect movement, position and activity without recording continuous video, so a room stays private. That is a deliberate design decision, not a limitation.
How long does installation take?
Most rooms take under an hour and need no structural work. A typical floor is done in a day, and we train your team while we are on site.
Will it work alongside our existing nurse call system?
In most cases yes. Tell us what you are running and we will confirm before anything is ordered.
Where is the data stored, and who can see it?
Data is held in the UK and is visible only to the people you authorise. We will walk you through the detail, including what we do not collect.
Can we try it in one area first?
Yes — most customers start with a single floor or wing and expand once their team has seen how the alerts land in practice.
